Not a lot of men on here and can't seem to find any diary correct me if i wrong
I'VE started my lipotrim journey again this is my second retake
1st time round I did it in March 2014 and lost 5 stones but now I've put that weight back on and so the FUN starts again
Let's begin with the diary my
Initial Weigh was 17st 7lb
Week 1 on lipotrim 16st 10lb (-11)
post your results let do it all together.
