Well never thought id do an online diary thing, but then i never dreamed id top the scales at 23 stones either!

Day 1 for me tomorrow. Happy, excited and of course scared stiff. Maybe the fear will help, help me stay on track. My plan for tomorrow is a vanilla shake warm with coffee first thing, half a banana for lunch, strawberry for tea and other half of banana before bed. Oh and gallons of water too!

Will update once the days almost done.

I noticed your not having a bar, is that something you chose not to order? Cant wait for mine tonight!

Thats day 1 done and dusted then. Had a 4 shake day just to try them all. The only 1 im really not keen on is strawberry, but with a sweetner added its just about drinkable. Water went down quite well too.

Does anybody else find the shakes quite mild in flavour? I actually think this is a good thing, not too overwhelming.

Im hoping tomorrow will be ok too as days 3 - 5 for me are EVIL!!
