OK not been the best at keeping to plan and think maybe keeping an online diary may help.

I work slightly odd hours in that I work from 11.30 to 5 so no lunch break as such.

The plan for tomorrow is: -
breakfast
scrambled eggs, 2 quorn sausages, baked beans and 2 slices wholemeal toast (HEB) with clover lighter (2 tsps - 2 syns)

during the afternoon
snacks of fruit (where possible v. busy at the mo)

Tea
Beef slices in gravy, potato, cabbage, peas, sweetcorn

not sure what else yet - still have an 'a' choice and about 13 syns left.

know the feeling i cant have my lunch cause i work 12-4 sometimes ill have it at eleven which makes me feel ill i just went from full time to part time still tryin to get used to the shift change or sometimes i feel like am starving when have lunch at four

I understand what your saying I always worked full time up until now. I thought if I have a largish breakfast fruit snacks in my bag it should do me until I get home.

Well kept to plan so far!

Breakfast

Baked beans
2 x quorn Sausages
1 slice wholemeal bread (1/2 HEB)
scrambled eggs
1 tsp clover lighter [1 syn]

Lunch

see post 1

Tea

birds eye cod fillet in sauce [4 syns]
potato (mashed with clover lighter and pepper) [3 1/2 syns]
runner beans
cauliflower
peas
sweetcorn

Snacks

Clementines
Grapes
nestle fab 4 1/2
Bananas
42g lf cheese (HEA)

total syns 13

Good day today.

Plans for tomorrow

Breakfast
Oat so simple with SS Milk (HEA and HEB)
1 tbspn of honey
mixed fruit

Toast with clover lighter and marmite (2 Syns)

not sure about tea yet
