Ok folks - here goes!
Wednesday May 19th.
Today I am Extra Easy and my 'A' choice is 350 mls skimmed milk.
Breakfast - Bacon, Scrambled Egg, Mushrooms, Tomatoes, and 3 Morrison's sausages ( 1.5 syns)
Lunch - Chicken salad, a pear , some strawberries and a pot of Hartley's sugar free jelly ( 0.5 syns)
Afternoon snack - Choc-orange hi-fi bar ( Healthy B ) and a banana
Dinner - Homemade cottage pie with carrots, cabbage and mushy peas
Treats - A couple of cheeky vodka and diet cokes.....
Extra bits - lots of fruit!
