Hi lovelies

Glad it's Friday lol x long needed wkend x
Job is mad, all new systems n processes etc so bit stressful n tiring but hope it all clicks into place soon, going with the flow is all ya can do lol x

My lil grand daughter stopping over tonight, n doing anuvver carboot on Sunday am so rest of time, I will sleeping n drinking lolz x

Just not had time for much. Work bin busy n I just bak from hols, went to menorca for the wk so feel all relaxed, it won't last lol x

I'm in same way, head cold n doin awful at the mo but I didn't go mad on hols as food wasn't great x

You have all probably unsubscribed so I'm gonna start a fresh one somewhere, will u let the whereabouts.
Hope yr all like skinny bobs, glad our all still here too.
A bits changed! I managed to get away from the witch boss! It took some doing but I am now working in Street Lighting as an admin assistant, same job title but so different section, Sheffield council got privatised by construction company, Amey.
I am doing well, not been caring about food been so busy with work, so I made myself get on the scales this wkend, 13 stone I've never been so big, so here goes nothing. Friends have recommended the fast diet where u eat normally/healthy for 5 days and have 2 fast days which is basically, breakfast n supper later in day which both equate to 500 calories. So first fast day is tomorrow.
