Long, long day yesterday, was in bed by 9 absolutely shattered.

Feeling more human today thankfully!

A weekend of painting ahead but will be stopping to watch the Olympic closing ceremony, guessing it'll be as impressive as the opening ceremony! Was at a meeting in London yesterday and it was such a great atmosphere, shame it can't continue!

I'm hanging on in there, my losses aren't great but we've got to keep trying haven't we?!

Sherrie, no, I've been 100% s&s for 10 weeks on Monday. My body is just determined not to let go of the weight!

I've got 4 more week's until a planned break so have to stick to it until then!

My only tip for you is keep glugging at the water if you feel hungry or like caving, you'll be too full of water to eat!

Hmm, haven't actually done any painting today, oops!

Went out to look at some bedroom furniture, got home about 4, was chilling for a while and ended up falling asleep! Just woke up and had 3rd pack. Lemon bar left for later with a cup of tea watching the diving finals I think. Just watched Mo Farah, wow, he was amazing!

Got some more bits to put on eBay, make the most of free listing weekend.
 
Raining on and off here today, that's summer gone then!

Housework done and waiting for DH to finish sanding the bedroom walls then can start getting some paint on.

Stocked up on more veg this morning so good to go for next week, week 9 weigh in in the morning, fingers crossed for a good result!

Rain has stopped and we now have blue skies, typical!

Had the curry pack again tonight, still not sure if I like it, only ordered 5 so just 3 left to get through if I definitely don't like it!

DH has managed to boil a saucepan full of rice dry so the house now stinks of burnt rice, lovely!

Watching the summary of the Olympics before the closing ceremony, cup of tea and dark choc truffa when the closing starts I think!
 
So, jumped on the scales first thing this morning and they showed a 3lb loss which was great! Got back on again before getting in the shower and another lb has gone, after moving the scales and checking 3 times, I'm sticking with a 4lb loss!

Having a crap morning at work so that's given me the boost I needed and I've finally lost 2 stone, hooray!!

The only thing I've done differently this week is spent less time at the gym so maybe that's causing me to build muscle or retain water?

3 more weigh in's before my weekend off, let's hope I can get another 7lbs off by then!
 
Long old day today and another tomorrow, stops me thinking about food!

Chilling with a coke zero watching great British bake off, love that programme!

I'm starting an exante/S&S combo today, went to edit my profile and it showed me you where posting again so though I'd say hello :)
 
I watched it as well. Love all cookery programmes! You are doing really well. 2 stone is great!:D I'm struggling since I came back from my hols and not been 100%.

Hello stranger, I do remember you!

How are you doing? I think S&S is so much easier than CD, the packs are nicer IMO and the veg and milk allowance make life easier, I've done almost 10 weeks 100% now so hope you get on with it too.

Are you posting a diary?

Me too, I'm even more obsessed with cookery programmes when I'm doing a vlcd, very odd!

Sorry to hear you're struggling, do you have much more to lose - on my phone so can't see any stats.
 
Silly day today, driven 400 miles and I am shattered!

Managed to drink over 2l of water just in the car so I'll have drunk over 3l today so that's good.

Early night tonight I think, can hear my bed calling!

I'm ok thanks :) A bit gutted about putting the weight back on, I managed to keep what I'd lost off and then lost some more at one point I'd lost over 50lbs but this last year I've been terrible at not watching what I ate and it's crept back on (I don't tend to weigh myself when I'm not dieting haha) so when I got weighed I was like Oh $h!t VLCD it is then haha. Today has gone OK the Mrs put a stock cube in the soup which made it amazing but a bit naughty on the salt side of things but Atkins use them so it should be fine.

I've only tried the S&S truffle bar so far and it was nice, I'm a bit nervous about the meal packets just got it in my head they must be rank for some reason haha.

Havn't decided about a diary yet hehe.

Yes, I know what you mean there, I really didn't want to ever go back on a vlcd but here we are!

The meal packs are ok, especially if you mix herbs and spices in and have the veg too. There's some recipe ideas in the stickies that are really helpful.

Right, need to head into the office, my phone has stopped working so a trip to IT is required!
 
Another long day, escaped from the office about 7 but carried on working when I got home, hoping I can finish early tomorrow, I've certainly put the hours in this week!

Early night, going to watch CBB, wasn't going to but Julian Clary and Martin Kemp have swayed it!

Roll on the weekend!
