LL and Nasal spray + loss Ketosis??Help??

Hi Im on day 15 of LL and I have got a nasty cold today
Does anyone know if I can use a nasal spray as at night I cant breath through my nose as it always gets blocked?I will only take parocitamol but if I use a nasal spray will it knock me out of Ketosis?My counsellors away so any help would be great THANKS????

I used a nasal spray on LL and use one on CD and I've had no problems with it kicking me out of ketosis

I don't see any reason a nasal spray would knock you out of Ketosis. It's not like there is any carbohydrate in it and it's such a small amount I doubt it would make any difference, (apart from letting you have a good nights sleep)

As long as you spray it up your nose and don't eat it you should be fine.

What about trying some Olbas Oil on a hankie or some vicks rub to help clear your nose?
