LL or CD to WW

Hello all...I am currently doing LL and finish my 14 weeks foundation in just over 3 weeks. My initial plan was to go onto RTM (Route to Management) but since the Summer is nearly here and I have many social events I am considering doing either WW or SW.

Has anyone here gone from Lighter Life or Cambridge to either of these? If so did you gain weight from going fomr the 500 cals to higher on the other plans.

I deally I will still need to drop a stone at the end of Foundation so I hope to do this on the new plan.

Hi PB,

I'm in week 12 on LL and planning to go onto WW Core plan the week after I finish. A bit nervous about it, but really looking forward to it! I've lost 3st 2.5lbs on LL so far, hoping for 4 stone off by the end of the 14 weeks. that'll leave me 1st 11.5lbs to get to my goal weight, which is entirely do-able on WW I feel!

I think there are a couple of people on here who have changed form VLCD to WW and are doing well.

I finished LL about a year ago and went straight onto the core plan. Initially I carried on losing weight, because I was sticking to the core plan to the letter. I'd lost 3st 7lb on LL, and lost a further 10lb on the core plan.

My sister also did LL, but she did RTM, however we both lost around the same amount.

So it can work!

i would suggest this,can be done,i have reached my goal with ww now and im alot happier as even if i have no points left there is no point food you can have xx
