Was just wondering cos now i'm back on abstienence i've decided to do the following :
11am : Choc shake
2pm : Thai Chilli Soup
5pm : Choc shake (will be a toffee bar from next week)
8pm : Thai Chilli Soup
I like having the soup late cos evenings are my most difficult time BUT i think 11am is a bit late to wait for the first pack - i'm starving!!! I know i'm not in ketosis yet so hopefully this will be better tomorrow....
