Flipping heck, that's mad as a box of frogs!!! Can't imagine not eating for that length of time!!!
Ah see you hit the nail on the head with that comment "not eating" well exactly. I dont for the life of me see these damn foodpacks as "eating" god forbid far from it.

The 4 packs are my "daily medicine" and i get it straight down without touching the sides in seconds, a few seconds a day and its all over. I could honestly easierly do this diet without the foodpacks (albeit i wouldnt for the nutrition) i see no comfort or filling in them, its just a drug i have to take to keep me well whilst "not eating" on LL.

still horses for courses eh :)

Lee, have you tried making up your soup in a nice soup bowl and sitting at the table to eat it. I felt much better once I started doing that with the soup rather than having 'cup-a-soups'. I've also started adding tabasco which puts a whole new spin on the flavours.
