Weigh in day today - 2.5lbs off and got my Club10 :D

Chicken Fajitas - chicken pieces fried in Frylight with tumeric, paprika and cayenne chilli powder

Dinner
Chili con Carne - Quorn mince, tinned tomatoes, peppers, onion, kidney beans, a handful of pasta, FF fromage frais, and 42g Low Low cheese (HeA)

Hey, I'm enjoying your food diarys! You've given me ideas on how to add fish to my meals, and i'm defo trying butternut squash wedges :D

Just wondered if the vodka was a flavoured one or something. I thought a double (2x25ml) would be 5 syns? (2.5 a shot) So would be 35 syns not 60?

I'm going out tonight and don't want to be syning the vodka wrong! xx

Nope, you're fine :D I live in Northern Ireland and for some odd reason our measures of spirits are 35mls as standard over here lol :D

Last night's Chili Con Carne with a handful of pasta and some FF fromage frais

Dinner
Spag bol made with quorn, tinned tomatoes, carrots, onions, garlic, oregano
Spaghetti
Side salad (cucumber, lettuce, tomato, spring onions)
Extra light salad cream (2 syns)
42g Low Low cheese (HeA)

Extras
This is where it all kind of fell apart. Put a LARGE millionaire's shortbread in my basket in Tesco, and promised myself I would take it out before I got to the checkouts. But I didn't. There were 70 syns in the whole thing, and I ate about a quarter of it (the rest in bin) so that's about 17.5 syns in all :(

And lots of black pepper. This is the first time I've made a proper sandwich since SW and I absolutely loved it :D I'm easily pleased :D

Tin of chopped tomatoes
1x red pepper, 1x yellow pepper, 1 x green pepper
1 x onion
Handful of Quorn mince
Lots of chili flakes, paprika and cayenne pepper.
Served with Roasted spicy celeriac wedges.
