My body is not my friend today. :-( I have been soooo hungry today, I have been eating everything in sight. And my tummy doesn't like me. Bleugh.

I was naughty this morning. I woke up really early and was quite hungry, but I didn't want to get up and make a proper breakfast. I went and grabbed things from the cupboard and they definitely weren't the best, or usual choices for breakfast.

Lunch

Regular salad bar from Morrison's.
It was mostly zero point stuff but did have 2 hard boiled eggs - 4pp
And a couple of quarter spoons of pasta so I'll say another - 4pp

Roasted butternut squash Risotto - 12pp
(90g rice - 9pp, quarter small glass wine - 1pp, tsp oil - 1pp, vegetable stock cube - 1pp)

Best find today was the dunkers for 3pp. They are a good snack and feel really indulgent. Yum.
 
Just noticed how awful I've been with fruit and veg today. I've had no fruit, and probably only 3 of my 5 a day. Will rectify tomorrow. I've got a banana and cherries for breakfast and I'll have something for tea that has a big helping of veg.

Thanks Ellen. I'm hoping for 1lb at least, as that will be my 5%, then next goal will be my 2nd silver seven. Im going to start playing badminton when I get to 13 stone (8lb to go) and I'd love to get there by August. We'll see.

I'm a fan of butternut squash chips also they are so yum :) I'm hoping for 5% next week I'm on 4.97% at the moment ha x
 
They're great, aren't they? I really like them. Especially with some chilli flakes on. Mmmmm.
I think I'm at 4.5% another lb gets me there. I want it so badly.

Bang on tonight.
I lost 1lb. Not bad and it got me my 5% so chuffed about that. I now need another 4lbs to my next goal - 1st.
