Step 1 Sole Source Looking for support....

    Hi everyone
    I started sole source last year and fell off the wagon on Day4, ive re-started and today is Day 3 with no slip ups or cheating. Im hoping to lose 3 stone and looking for support and inspirations and i feel like im struggling already :sigh:. I gave up drinking coke 2 weeks before so its helped with the headache side but last night i felt energyless and went to bed early. Today ive been drinking water and around 2ish i start to feel queezy and the thought of drinking more makes me feel sick, is this normal??

    Stick with it. The first 10 days were the hardest. I'm now on day 34. It's gets easier i promise. Read loads of diaries and posts and you'll see what your going through is completely normal.

    Hi, I'm on day 12. I found all the dodgy headaches and dizzy spells subsided after day 4. I've found if I try holding off till 7ish to have a hot shake it keeps me content for the rest of the evening, although I've also been going off to bed pretty early.

    Just stick with it and hopefully you'll find the side effects wear off soon

    I found the first week the hardest, I had 2 stone to lose and I am now on week 5 with a total loss of 18lbs. Stick with it and the scales going down so quickly through the weeks really spurs you on. Just think it is only short term you SS for and the results are amazing.

    I tend to drink a pint of water every 2 hours, which gets me to over 3 litres. I do think it takes a bit of getting used to though. I also try to have my last shake as late as possible and then read a book or surf about the internet until bed to keep my mind off eating. I know it's easy to say but it honestly does get easier, you will have hard days too but when you do just pop on here for a bit and remember what you are doing it for.

    Thanks for all your encouragement everyone, ive made it to day 5 without cheating!
    I do feel alot better but have the pongiest breath but i guess thats normal!
