Looking to lose weight over the next 6 months to a year.

I've managed to maintain a very good routine for the last four months.
I just need to once I hit my goal weight not let myself fall into any old habits that allowed me to gain a lot of weight.
Although it had been a gradual process over the last few years in gaining weight.
Just need to maintain a routine exercise and diet wise that although disciplined is not as strict once I reach my goal to keep things ticking over.

Already partly posted part of this in the December challenge earlier in error.

I am down to 231 lbs and am now halfway exactly to my potential target weight.
I've dropped 35 lbs since August.
Looking to lose another 35 lbs in the coming months.

It's hard to believe that from August 23rd this year that I have lost 35 lbs.
I just decided from that day that 19 Stone was the tipping point to take action.
I had started a gentle introduction to exercise from August 11th.
With a slight alteration to my diet and a lot more exercise over the last few months.

I am down to 228 lbs
Lost 3 lbs this month so far.
A couple of days of over indulgence and a few more days without exercise.
So therefore quite happy with the weight loss.
Potentially hit my next target weight of 223 lbs next month.

I am down to 227.8 lbs
Which is 16.27 St.
Hopefully drop into the high 15 st mark by March 2018.

Weight down to 227.8 lbs (16.27 st) from 266 lbs (19 st) next goal is 223 lb (15.99 st)
 
Final goal is to get down to around 14 st/ 196lbs.
Although maybe 13.5 st could be a possibility.
I will just see what I feel comfortable at.

I'm quite happy to have hit another milestone which is 40 lb dropped in total.
Another 2 lbs and that's 3 stones dropped over around a six month period

Don't know whether I will drop the first part of my handle.
I'm happy to have hit the 40 lbs milestone but it's harder to shift weight now that I'm lighter.
It certainly looks like it will be smaller drops in weight over each month for the foreseeable future.
Although potentially might lose around 3 + lbs this month.
Little steps towards the goal.
 
That's my weight down to 223.8 lbs and through and under the 16 st barrier.
I've had a awkward few weeks or so where my weight had climbed a few lb's over a few weeks.
Increasing the level of difficulty of the exercise and refocusing with my diet has proved fruitful.

Weight down to 223.8 lbs (15.98 st) from 266 lbs (19 st) next goal is 210 lbs (14.99 st)

You are doing well, I just wish I could get my act together and start losing again.
