Lose INCHES not pounds!!!!!

    Is anyone else fed up of trying to measure weight loss by obssesively weighing themselves on the scales:wave_cry:, so heres the plan...


    ive measured my waist, stomach and hips in inches and plan to compare my weight loss from this and each month set a goal, so heres my first one:

    current measurements:
    waist: 31"
    stomach: 36":eek:
    hips: 35"

    GOAL: Jan 1st 08
    waist: 30"
    stomach: 34.5"
    hips: 35"

    Heres how im doing it...my new lifestyle:

    1) Eat 3 meals a day (equal to 1200 calories)

    2) Cut out junk food and replace with fruit/veg (except special occasions ie christmas day!)

    3) Do 15mins of exercise a day at home or (more when i can fit it in)

    Its simple, so anyone want to join me? we can keep one another motivated, share tips and most importantly KEEP ON TRACK!!!!
