god im so sick of myself yet cant find the motivation these past few weeks feeling really lazy and my get up and go , has got up and gone without me .....
gotta pull it back this week and move forward towards my smaller goals
of getting to club 10 (3-4lbs)
getting my silver piggy (on Wii - 4hrs)
and losing more than .5lb in a week .........
tonight is weigh in and see what damage ive done over the weekend

a little slip with lunch could have done better but luckily filled me up xx
as for the mushy pea curry mine doesnt taste of them (but i do use hot curry powder and lot of it too) and the colour is mainly from the tomatoes so other than giving it a bit of weight (and mushy's being super speed food group) i was nt keen on idea but thought id try it and pleasently surprised (for the sake of couple quid worht a try) i thought xxx
if you give it a go let me know what you think xx
 
hi losingme, husband loves mushy peas so will make curry and sample his, i have issues with peas cos i used to be forced to eat them as a kid! as for my support, no need to thank me, everybody needs a bit of encouragement along the way, i know my diary here and everybodys responses keeps me going and will keep me going to the finishing line, have a great weekend, donna x

yeah stuck after losing a stone , finging my way back to plan now xxx first loss in a while and hoping not to gain it back this week (tues) as its my birthday tomorrow going out for a slap up meal tonight and tomorrow wil be full of baddies but wil try and limit the damage xxxx
how you doing feeling stuck i find mixing up the food try experimenting with different recipies rather than sticking with what you know is working if there is a maintain or gain you know what to do to get back the following week but it kick starts you rbody again xx
 
well week has not gone to bad although not been on to update food diary i will i promise, i know it'll help and so tomorrow is it
