Losses in 2018

No Friday am is my weigh day. 😂
 
I only mean a little treat but something Ive been looking forward to. My syns for the week usually cover it lol . I bet I dont feel this way on Fri if Im disappointed with my weigh.:):)

Ive just been told that my slow weight loss could be because Im not eating enough ???? I have 3 good sw meals a day inc salad etc but dont always feel like something at 3pm or a yoghurt at night. I eat them though. I thought you were only supposed to eat until you were satisfied ?are these snacks extra that I shoulnt have then ?Maybe thats why my weight loss is slow? Im not looking forward to tomorrow now :oops:
 
If you're eating until you're satisfied, you're probably eating plenty! If you're really worried, you could try plugging your meals for the day into a calorie counter. If the total comes up below 1200, that's probably too low.

Really, though, 1-2 lbs a week isn't slow. It's perfect and healthy. Big whooshes only happen occasionally, like right at the start or when getting back on track after a week full of junk food. Most of the time it feels like a turtle's pace.
