Another lb off for me this morning, 2 stone to go exactly :)

Well I had a very good week and I am down 4.2lb from Monday.
So happy with that. But as I took last Friday's weight as my start weight I will say I am down 2.2lb since last Friday. You can see how much I ate between Friday evening and Sunday evening to clear my cupboards :oops:

8lbs is an amazing loss so far unconcerned.

I am on Cambridge Weight Plan which at the moment for me is Step 1 total meal replacement.

Have 3l of water per day, black coffee or tea, 2 shakes and 1 soup.
