Losses When Close to Goal

Just wondered whether anyone who is within a healthy weight range (BMI under 25) and is still on Development to reach their goal could advise me roughly how much weight they're losing per week? Do most people go onto Maintenance at goal or before?
I did the program last year but went into Maintenance before I'd lost *all* the weight I wanted to (although I was in a healthy range and have maintained since :clap:) but am really looking to budge the last stone and a half and need to suss out all my options!
