brekky: smoothie on plane
lunch: latte & mezze (things like artichoke & aubergine & pumpkin & pepper, + 1 piece of bread)
tea: eek. pasta ravioli & tomato salad. Small but felt very forbidden. (work meal)

brekky: bircher muesli & berry smoothie
lunch: green salad & pasta AGAIN. Not many veggie choices at all, & again, a work lunch. Eek.
snack: latte
tea: banana in hotel room
It doesn't look bad written down, but two lots of pasta just worries me. Anyway... whatever happens, happens. I will stay on track and keep pointing forwards... and Sydney is beautiful, I'd love to come back for a holiday one day! Will keep on keeping on...
