Food lists...
Thurs May 21st
brekky: mini smoothie, bircher muesli, skinny latte, wholegrain toast & vegemite
lunch: skinny latte, small hummus & grated carrot salad sandwich on wholegrain bread
tea: vegetable juice, lentil & cheese wrap (yum!)
Fri May 22nd
brekky: tomato juice, coffee, bircher muesli
snack: skinny latte
lunch: sweet potato gnocci, salad, cheese; strange tofu pudding - gorgeous.
no tea... ate a lot at business lunch & feel satisfied still. May have coffee and cashew nuts from mini bar if I am hungry, but may just have early night!
Feel so much better and stronger, and happier about choices over last few days too. I LIKE eating this way. I don't want to feel stuffed any more, or feel my teeth melt with too much sugar. And I have started to realize that I like being slim too much to want to mess it all up... it's like a different kind of weight has lifted off my shoulders. No more shame/guilt/shyness/embarrassment about my size/weight. Having a swim earlier and not recoiling at the sight of myself in a swimsuit... or hiding myself under layers of towels and edging guiltily into the pool... THAT feels like a breakthrough.
