Lost my mojo!

I can't seem to stick to SS 1 I am a stay at home mum and have both children at home on school holidays at the moment. I am finding it increasingly difficult to stick to my shakes. I have so far lost three and a half stone but would like to loose at least another stone and a half.
Anyone got any ideas on how to get back on the straight and narrow? Xx
 
I hear you. I have 3 kids (2 littlies and an 11 year old) and it's horrible watching them eat fun stuff! If I feel tempted, I pour washing up liquid on the leftovers. I'm in the right mindset at the moment, but I've restarted this diet so many times it's not funny! xx
 
Tell yourself that you will have a 100% week and concentrate on your weigh in and how much closer to your goal u will be if u drop a few more pounds than usual. Also just think u will be on the diet for a couple of weeks less = being able to use the money to treat the kiddies :)

Maybe get weighed twice a week?! I did this and it helped lots

Just take it 1 day at a time hun, drink lots of water n keep yourself busy (cleaning, gardening, park, short walks etc) good luck x x x

Haha talking about leftovers... As soon as my daughter finishes her meals I make her scrape it in the bin without telling me :) I have her trained lol x

Thanks lovelies it is easy to say but SOOOOO much harder to put into practice. I WILL try harder,but god I wish it was easier!xx
