Lots of compliments today

It was my daughters first day back at school and I haven't seen many of the other mums for 7 weeks when I was at 4 stone lost. I have now lost 5 1/2 stone and they were all amazed at how I looked. I remembered the positive strokes lessons and thanked them all gratiously for their compliments. It felt fantastic, coupled with the fact I bought some size 14 clothes yesterday.
