First week back on plan has gone well(ish) went off plan slightly at the weekend but didn't go too mad and still managed to loose 5lbs this week, so I'm moor than happy with that for a first week loss!

Food plan for the day:
Breakfast - vanilla shake
Snack - banana
Lunch - chocolate shake
Snack - marmite cereal bar and a coffee
Dinner - tesco simply bake salmon, baked potato, salad and a yogurt
Snack - 2 chunks of cadbury chocolate
 
Keep going!! You are doing really well!
I am back too after some time away. Had a holiday in the summer and then another and then just fell back into old habits.
Determined this time.
 
Hi all, I have been on Slimfast (well Tesco's version) for a week and a half and I have been having a peek at your posts/diaries.
Well done on your weightlosses and keep it up!!

I must admit I quite like the Tesco one. I have read lots and lots about it not being so good and tasting awful but I like it!! I have a strawberry one for breakfast and have started to really look forward to my chocolate shake for lunch!!
 
I like the tesco shakes (I'm not a fan of strawberry flavoured things so have never tried that on) plus they are cheaper.

Although I did recently buy a tub of the slimfast vanilla powder and it's lovely (kind of tastes a bit like ice cream)!!!
