Lol I feel ok today which was weird :/ gonna do it again Monday as I won't get chance tomorrow

I'm gonna got class on Monday night ... Run on wed abd then jillian michaels again at weekend ...I'm on annual leave from work .. Yippee ... Can exercise when I want :)

I find it hard cos I work nights, have kids in the day and just don't get any time alone but am really trying to make time, I need to commit to doing it and make it important to me. I always feel great afterwards so no reason not to do it really!

Yeah work gets in the way doesn't it .,!!! Ill have 10 days off in total :) I go back on three nights tho .. So ill be eating 24 hours a day and no exercise ... Well no proper exercise abyway ..!! X

Today's challenge is to drink water when I think im hungry as I'm still not drinking enough. My skin looks seriously dehydrated. I am going to eat healthier foods today too. Got pork for tea yum.

Today will look like this

Breakfast : 2 slices of nimble with flora and marmalade and coffee, pint if water too

Dinner: tin of soup, cup of tea 1 sugar

Tea: roast pork, veggies and new pots with gravy
 
I drink loads water ..!! Two litres every day ..! X

Permanently on the loo though lol x

Oh I'm sorry you sound stressed out :( Congrats on losing another pound though :)
