I've never done one of this, it feels very self indulgent! haha! but i think it might help me so i'm going to give it a go!

Tuesday 6th April

How could you not have a HEa?! I'm a tea-aholic so finding EE hard as I also enjoyed having my matchbox of cheese every day on a green!

YUP! good huh?! they're not the best crisps in the world, but for 1.5syns they're good for a craving!

How could you not have a HEa?! I'm a tea-aholic so finding EE hard as I also enjoyed having my matchbox of cheese every day on a green!

It looks good so far! :)
i've started having my tea black (don't drink much of it anyway now tbh). i usually have my HeA everyday, but forgot yesterday!

Looking good Hun, but I would try and vary your breakfasts, you will soon get bored of eating the same thing all the time.

I've always been a 'fruit for breakfast' kind of girl. i have fruit and fibre at work but i never actually have it! i can think of nicer things to spend my HeA and HeB on! you know?! ha ha!

Friday 9th April

thanks Anna. i always feel like i'm cheating, because im eating so much and so well, which is why i started this online diary because i thought others could point out where and if i'm going wrong!!

yeah i can't 'stomach' real food before lunch really! i hate getting up early for flights etc cause i feel starving but can't eat!!

you're doing well too! well done! and losing weight on holiday! how did you manage that?! go you!

thanks :) I had a week long holiday so in that 4 week period only lost a pound so it was a slow patch. I'm defiantly a pound off at a time girl which can be frustrating but trying to add in some exercide and hopefully give it a boost!
You've had a couple of losses around 4 & 5 pounds which is amazing!!
In your food diary you keep carbs low in the eve on some days, do you think that helps?

It's still a loss, you should be proud of yourself!

1lb a week can be frustrating, but that's the way to keep it off they say!

I have never noticed that before. i don't know! the 4/5lb losses always take me by surprise. i thought i worked out my pattern, it seemed to be a big loss (4/5lb) followed the next week by a smaller one, but that has gone out the window recently! haha!
