B: branflakes (2 hex b) yogurt banana grapes

L: MAC cheese (4 syns) pear grapes yogurt.

D: pizza (2 hex a cheese) (10 syns)

Saturday 11th June 2011

B: porridge (hex a & b) banana grapes.

L: fishcakes salad chips ( pub lunch for OH birthday)

Drinks: water, half lager Orange juice.

Week has gone brilliantly until today. Totally blew it in the pub but could have been a lot worse.
Have tried hard with the water this week and it hasn't been as hard as I thought but didn't drink as much the last 3 days. Have tried to eat more superfree this week but financially don't think I can keep it up.

I just read through the last few entries, all looks well, the only thing I would say is maybe try and get more fruit in there, and also maybe some more speed foods they will help speed you up a bit :)
 
I have just looked over last few days & didn't realise how little fruit I had eaten. Not like me. Will try more salad stuff if I can't add sf into food. Thanks for pointing it out

Not been a great week. Complete blowout on Thursday coz of the 5 slices of toast. Partly bad planning as no food at work & partly emotional eating. Been a bad week with cj lots of stress and upset on all our parts. Feeling really fed up with food, can't be bothered planning or preparing anything. Got lots of food to use up from freezer but no enthusiasm for it. Feeling tired & lethargic and really lazy. Need to shake myself out of this mood as it doesn't make me happy when I eat rubbish and I mostly don't even enjoy it. Eating for the sake of eating

Been a bit lazy about updating this skidded a few days. Had an ok week, not much interest in food. Had a beef chow mein on Friday but didn't enjoy it. Not enough fruit or veg this week but can't afford to buy much just now.
