Oops. Got a bit lazy about updating this over last few days. Been a so-so week. Do feel I could have done a lot better but been out visiting friends a lot and being at home has been boring & stressful. There we go with emotional eating again. Anyway.....

Kerry i'm very new to this but i think i will also start posting my menu iam doing slimming world from home by myself i met up with my cousin who has lost 5st shegoes to class but none near where i come from X
 
Welcome to the board. I also do sw from home with a massive amount of help and support from this board. It keeps me sane (and might be named as co-respondent when OH files for divorce due to lack of attention lol).

It can be a bit confusing but feel free to ask as many questions as you like, someone always has an answer. Once you get into it though its fairly simple to follow.
