Low carb & no carb shopping list

Lidl now does zero carb sausages no added sugar however they are also low fat. But still its good not to worry about carb content!

Was just thinking wouldnt it be great if the online shopping let u search depending on carbs, calories etc! i.e. Search for everything 0 carbs, 0.5 carbs and under, 1 carb etc and under!

Im not sure if this has been posted before but Scandanavian crispbreads (scanbran - slimming world) are negative carbs ie more fibre than carbs per slice. They are great as long as you put on really tasty toppings, I like butter, ham cheese and pickle and they are great to pack for a quick lunch. You can buy them in Holland and Barrett.

Iveslways wondered about scan bran, Andi. Does it actually say 0 carb on the pack?

Susie I think you need to drop a note to Pierce to get threads moved, though maybe other mods can do it, and any mod can do a name change.

Rose I just googled scandinavian crispbread and the GG brand (available in the UK) is 2.7 carbs per slice...sorry

Lidl are doing some jumbo sossies in their BBQ range, only 0.7nc per sossie!

The scan bran I was talking about is the slimming world one in Holland and Barret - 2.9g carb per slice but 4.21g of fibre so I think that makes it 0 carbs??

The labels here already have the fibre deducted so you can't take it off again - sorry its only the american ones that you have to deduct to get the net carbs.

tesco used to have a brilliant one
"butchers choice" but they changed it somehow and now they're gross:cry:
i like walls linconshire but they're probably full of carbs.
i'm struggling with the high percentage pork ones.
