Low carb question.....

As some of you know I'm re-feeding then I can train to run.... I've been (While on plan) hitting 60g of carbs tops.... Obv to stay in ketosis....

I need more carbs for the training I'll be doing.... But i want to keep quite low carb.....

So.... my question is...... Do you think 100g of carbs would be a decent number to head for....

Just going to do some research on a running forum and trying to find out but i though I'd ask....

Its reallly trial and error, theres no hard and fast rule with carbs its very much dependant on each person. All you can really do is increase your carbs and see how you feel.
