this makes a perfect dessert and is either 2 syns if hi-fi bars are used as HEB, 5 syns if one bar is used as syns or 8 sys if 2 bars are used as syns
i made this with one hi-fi bar and used it as my syns (3).
2 hi fi light bars as HEB or
1 hi fi light bar (3syns)
0% greek yoghurt
1 options sachet (11g) 2 syns (i used belgian choc orange for this)
put the hi fi in a bowl and put in the microwave for 10 secs then remove and put in a pot and squish down, meanwhile mix the yoghurt with the hot chocolate and top the bar.
