LT Restarters & Returners

Have seen threads for restarters for other diets, so I thought one for LTers would be good!

Anyone who is restarting will know its hard to get back on track so any advice and tips would be helpful Im sure.

A motivational thread I hope..............

its as easy as what you make it I guess, its only hard because others say it is???
I'm finding it easier this time, maybe because I don't want to feel like a failure again!

This is my third time and in many ways I think it is easier. First time I lost quite a bit then came off before target in an unplanned way and put the weight back on gradually.

Second time I thought will do it but have a bit of chicken with it, it won't hurt and will build up to lipotrim, yeah that worked a treat.

So third time, have learnt from other two attempts that it works if you work it, and it is a total food replacement, so have set my target and am not stopping this time for any event/ reason until I reach that target.

This site also makes a massive difference so I log on here loads and feel much clearer about what I need to do to achieve my goal so many thanks to all on here.

Nine weeks in and 3 stone lighter as I said at the start I am finding it easier, best of luck to returners, it doesn't have to be harder, honest x

I was delighted with my losses first time around! Stopped because I was travelling to Ethiopia to adopt my treasure! But am home since Wed and hope to go back on TFR in about 2 weeks. She is hospital right now and I just can't even think about shakes at the min. But 2 weeks is a realistic timeframe and to be honest ....I can't wait! I soooo want to get to target! Bring it on!

But I like this thread! I too have heard how hard it is 2nd time round but feel ready!
I think Gaz and the other men kicking you up the preverbial helps !!! but in all seriousness, having been through that stage, the feeling of letting others on the site down is so strong, esp when there are so many success stories, it really inspires you to get a grip and I want to be one of them - promise :)
