LT TFR Formula or Maintenance Formula????

I am due to refeed this Fri. My pharmacy said the Full TFR formula was better than maintenance. What do you all think??? Is there a difference?

I thought the whole point of the maintenance products was for maintenance and TFR was for TFR? Is your chemist saying not to use maintenance???? im confused! lol x

TJ used TFR shakes on refeed...she did great!!! Maybe PM here xx

Well I suppose I'll soon find out if it works!!!! I like my TFR choc shake and I will try it for refeed and let you all know!

didnt like the maintenance soup as much and its half the size, but the bars are ace, I dont fancy the others.
