Syn free houmous with carrot, pepper dips (green day)
Cooked meat, boiled eggs, pickled onions, salad
ham, melon
lots of fresh fruit and yoghurt (always fills me up)
Savoury rice - make batchelors packet mix and let it go cold and add different veg for added flavours (green)
make up Ainsley Harriet cous cous and again let it go cold and add extra veg/salad (green)
Quorn sausages left to go cold with boiled eggs (free on both)
Homemade veg soup - heated in a flask?

what about mug shots on a green day, you only need a kettle and I find them really filling and no prep required!

Yeah I agree on the Mugshots, I used to have them quite often and they are surprisingly filling. I always have sandwiches in work but you can make a pasta salad, carrot sticks with Syn free dips, home-made potato salad. I find the great thing abot the SW plans is that there is so much you can have!
