LUSH dinner!!!!

hi all, just wanted to share my dinner with u that i had last night!! oh my god it was scrummy!!!!

i made turkey balls with a cube of cheese in the centre baked in pasata with spagetti! it was scrummy!!!! I added garlic,onion and an egg to the turkey mince, wizzed it up in the blended then put 1cm square piece of cheese in each, i expected the cheese to ooze out but it didnt, all stayed firmly in the middle, was sooo yummy!! i only had to count the cheese which was 7.5. yay!!

Have you tried the cheesy meatball recipe above? Thats done with Laughing cow extra light and minced beef...same principle, but really lovely.
I actually bought some turkey mince last night for the same idea!
