Hi,

Thought I would start a food diary to see if that helps me stay on track ,:D My menu for day 1 is:

B- Weetabix minis 4
Skimmed Milk 1/2 pint 3

S- Banana 0

L- Omlette 2 eggs 4
Mushrooms 0
Low Low cheese 20g 2
Muller light yoghurt Bananna 2

S- Orange

D- Stuffed peppers with Cous Cous and Philidelphia light
Peppers 0
Philli 60g 3
Cous Cous 7

S - 2 Ryvita 1
Choc Philli 2

28 points still have another 8 points to play with at that :mad:)
