Hello ladies. Long time no "speak". Hope you are all well. After losing 2.5 st and keeping it off since hol in July, I've gone totally off the rails and put on about a stone over Xmas. Restarting exante in jan and will get it off for sure!! Happy new year all x

Hi Wayz. I wondered where you had gone. I've been off the rails for most of December but am restarting on either January 1st or 2nd. I haven't weighed myself but reckon I might even be up into the 13s! I'm going to make a real effort this time.
 
The dress will probably be too tight because of all the weight I've put on but it will be an incentive to lose it all - and more - as quickly as possible!

I'm going to have to do it in 2014 - I'm sick of feeling bloated and fat!

Happy new Year everyone. Weighed in this morning so Wednesdays will be weighing day this year. I am now a disgraceful 12st 12lb! Starting exante tomorrow. Have only had a pineapple juice so far today - will count calories for today. I put on a dress last night that is too tight for my son to take some before pictures. I haven't seen them yet but am going to retake them wearing the same dress on 1st of each month to see the change. I'm also going to take my measurements - when I find my tape measure - and update these monthly. Right, now to update my signature and statistics.
 

Lynne’s plan to reach 8 stone goal in 2014



1. I will follow exante TS 100% wherever possible.
2. I will use My fitness pal to ensure I keep to a balance of 600 calories on days when I exercise and need to eat more protein.
3. I will drink at least 2 litres of water every day.
4. I will be t total at least throughout January.
5. I will post daily in my diary and weekly on the weekly weight loss thread.
6. I will wear my pedometer and try to do at least 10,000 steps a day.
7. I will run the race for life 5k from start to finish this year.
8. I will start a new diary in which I will post monthly photos to track my progress, monthly measurements and monthly weight losses.

The best of luck tomorrow Lynne great idea on the before and after pictures - I also still need to do these measurements I will do them tonight and take note of them - I am also hoping to be T total to the 23rd of Jan as I have a meal out on the 24th so will try and go low carb then - happy new year and best of luck tomorrow x
 
Thanks Tigs I'm still looking for my tape measure. Those photos are awful and I really had to force myself to post them!
 
No they are not Lynne you look lovely - think of your start weight at the beginning you have done fab I have only got 7lbs off the whole of last year with all my messing about yo yo-Ing you have done great and seem so determined with your restart tomorrow - best of luck with it your week 1 weight loss will be great x
 
Thanks Tigs. I always hate pictures of myself. I only lost a total of 14lb last year due to the amount I regained in December!
 
I know how you feel I don't like pictures of myself - that's a great loss Lynne - the Christmas gain will be off in no time - in the first 7 days I managed to loose the weight I lost last year so that's my incentive - onwards and downwards - 2014 will be our Lynne - think of the clothes shopping we can do - I cannot wait :)
 
I Know. It will be great! The only thing for me is that my face looks older when I lose weight. Also, because of my age my skin looks a bit loose. I'll have to join Carrie doing insanity!

Great start photos! You'll feel so glad you did them when you can see a huge difference.
I may do my underwear shots again as it really spurred me on before!
