Hi everyone. I've not been here for a few days because work has been so hectic. I could rant but I won't today! On top of that the trains have been bad because of the weather and about 4 of my ridge tiles came off in the high winds. Yet another thing to get sorted and another expense! The inspectors arrive at work tomorrow.
Diet wise I've been totally out of control - chocolate, wine, lager, crisps and generally eating and drinking to excess. However I had a HUGE (in more than one way) wake up call this morning when I weighed in at 12 st 10 lb!
So... I've had to do a revised plan. I still can't face doing TS at the moment. Will be counting calories until January (My Fitness Pal) then going for it with 100% TS from 1st January. Bee has said she will be doing TS from 1st January so hopefully we can do it together and withanyone else who wants to join us.
Have had 2 boiled eggs and a glass of Tropicano Raspberry / Orange juice for breakfast (298 calories) so, so far so good but a long way to go!
