I'm not surprised at a 2lb gain this morning considering what I've eaten over the last 2 days. I've now got at least a full week's clear run so hopefully will start to lose. My leg is quite painful at the moment so will be eating today and calorie counting as I'm going to take anti inflamatories. So far I've had egg on toast - 246 calories.
