3lb down today so pleased with that. Ended on 1521 calories in and and 1868 calories out. Only did 5801 steps.Have started today with a healthy, but calorific, breakfast - lassi ayran, galia melon, blueberries, jordans super nutty granola and total greek yoghurt - and weighed and measured everything! so, 445 calories and 62 carbs so far. Going to have to try and get plenty steps in today!
