Sorry for not being about. I'm really struggling to get into any sort of diet pattern. I've decided to try do a week on 5:2 this week. 5days calorie counting and eating low carb and 2 day of exante. Today is a calorie counting day. So far I've had 1/4 galia melon and 250ml lassi ayran (125 calories / 20 carbs). Will update my miles to Christmas later. Hope everyone has a lovely day today.

Ive been reading the 5:2 book - if I had less to lose I'd be considering it now, it really does seem a good diet plan. Good luck on your trial x
 
I don't think I'll keep it up. Hopefully I'll get in the mindset to get back on TS. Will see how it goes for a week. Have had 981 calories and 68g carbs so far today.
 
3lb down today so pleased with that. Ended on 1521 calories in and and 1868 calories out. Only did 5801 steps.Have started today with a healthy, but calorific, breakfast - lassi ayran, galia melon, blueberries, jordans super nutty granola and total greek yoghurt - and weighed and measured everything! so, 445 calories and 62 carbs so far. Going to have to try and get plenty steps in today!

Just had a glass of coconut water - 60 calories and 15g carbs. Tasty! High on the carbs but it's supposed to be good for you.

Just realised I've started putting myself as being on an 85 day run and not 65! Only got 43 days left before I go on holiday! 23lb is still doable in 43 days.

Thanks Katie and Yoyo. Just had a baked potato with natural cottage cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and balsamic dressing for tea - 364 calories. I'm going to have a bottle of crushed red berries and lime cider (233 calories) while I watch the football. Final count for the day will be 1372 calories and 118g carbs. So far I've only used 1368 calories (which means I'm 506 calories over) so I'm going to have to take the dog for another walk and then get on the treadmill for the first half of the match.
 
Treadmill while watching the match sounds like a good idea :)
 
Back from walk and still only done 7128 steps and 2.83 miles. Need to try and do a further 2.17 miles!
