Hey Lynne, I'm doing a little catching up on here, sounds like you're doing well especially on the exercise front. Once I have moved I am determined to get back into things, I am really hoping to join a water spinning class. As the name suggests, it's spinning. But in the water. :D
It would be good for the joints I think and at the same time you get a good workout from all the resistance. So keep it up, Lynne, I'm gonna try and catch some of your walking enthusiasm :)

Thanks Bee and IAF. Doing OK so far today. Have had a vanilla latte, a double chocolate bar (ugh - can't wait until I've finished them, they're gross) and a slim and save chicken flavour soup.
Did 10,737 steps yesterday and was 1lb down this morning which makes it 4lb in 2 days. Really hoping to get back into the 12s. work days are the hardest for me because I leave home at 7 and don't get home until 7.30 or 8.30pm which is a long time to go on 2 packs!
I didn't know you were moving Bee. Where are you going?

It's funny isn't it how it seems as though big chunks fall off almost all at once and then other times we just sit there. I think there must be some little magic fairy that flies in over night and gives me liposuction. I wish someone'd give me her number!

Good work on the 3lb loss - giving me inspiration to get motivated and back on it!! :)

3 weeks is ages to drop serious pounds on a VLCD if you are determined as you are at the moment, just keep your eye on the prize :)

Three weeks is time enough to shift some serious weight! and you're consistently losing weight each week. I reckon you'll be in the 11's in no time!
