Thanks Bee and IAF. Doing OK so far today. Have had a vanilla latte, a double chocolate bar (ugh - can't wait until I've finished them, they're gross) and a slim and save chicken flavour soup.
Did 10,737 steps yesterday and was 1lb down this morning which makes it 4lb in 2 days. Really hoping to get back into the 12s. work days are the hardest for me because I leave home at 7 and don't get home until 7.30 or 8.30pm which is a long time to go on 2 packs!
