Hi. Managed to do 10 minutes on the cross trainer and 10 on the treadmill last night before picking my son up. Weight wise, 2 lb on yesterday and 1lb off this morning.

Fluctuations of a pound or two are normal when you weigh daily. The important thing is in less than a week you have lost 6lbs. x

Thanks everyone. Sorry I'm not about much at the minute. Working long days and don't have much free time. I'll try to catch up more when I get a but more time.

Does anyone have any recommendations for good books on weights training for women?

I can't remember why but I read a while back about how it is good for women to do free weights.
 
I've not heard about that..but could be for core strength maybe x
