This morning I weighed a whopping 17 stones and I just thought I have GOT to take this seriously and stick to a diet so here I go and just about to have shake number two!!
Just wondered how I do that ticker thing. I am rubbish on the computer! lol
you can do it lyn its dead easy when u get going,, i just clicked all the buttons when i joined to find out what to do lol and well done for starting a diary its great for rambling all the good n bad of dieting
Well I have been very good and have had two shakes and a jacket spud with beans. I have cut down on my tea intake and have had a marmite drink which although I love marmite was vile! lol
So far so good. Now got to try and not weigh myself until next monday. I am a bit addicted to the scales.

Already have dinner planned. We are having salmon steaks. Usually I pile my plate up with potatoes but I will have extra veg instead so will still (in a way) be eating the same as everybody else. Just no spuds for me!

Today I have had my two shakes, fruit and this evening I had a tuna salad with a jacket potato.
Am off out on sunday and will be eating out so already thinking about that as will be my first weigh in the following day. Don't want to pig out just for the sake of it especially on week one!

No idea at all. Will probably end up being Mcdonalds or something as we are going to the o2 to see Gorillaz.
Not overly familiar with what they sell as only go a handful of time in a year but I do like their deli sandwiches. No idea on the calorie content though.
