M&S Hot and Spicy Chicken Wings

Hi!

I bought M&S hot and spicy chicken wings thinking they'd be relatively low but they came up as 18 SYNS on the syns calculator and had a minor heart attack.

Do you think if I removed the skin they'd be free? I'm thinking this is why they are so high.

I just don't want to waste them as they're M&S!!!

I'm sure I read somewhere that if you take the skin of meat it does become free but I'm not 100 percent sure Sorry but surely once the skin is off it will be less in syns x
