Maddie's Weigh-ins

Figured it made sense to do as some others do and put all these in one thread :)

Week 5 - lost 3lb for a total of 18lb :D

I've been finding the going easier the last few weeks and easing up on what I put in the '200 cal meals' on SS+ - There's only so much white fish I can stand so salmon and tuna filets have featured heavily. This seems to have actually improved the weight loss, or made it more consistent anyway so I'm happy with that.

Was /really/ happy with 3lb this week as had a stinking cold and three days off work to contend with. I basically had five days of not moving more than I absolutely had to, lying down and ploughing through nearly three seasons of Criminal Minds :)
