Maintenance..........advice please.

Thanks everyone for all the tips and the congratulations.

I have just weighed myself and I have lost another pound !!!

Yesterday we didn't have a lot of time to eat as we were so busy at work. I started the day with a small piece of toasted baguette spread with raw, mashed tomato ( pan Catalan) and then my next food was 3 ryvitas with extra cheese and cucumber and then in the evening lamb with potato and cabbage so nothing really bad there. I did have a couple of glasses of a very nice Cabernet Shiraz with it as my weekend treat.

I think the fact that since my weight loss I have been so active makes a big difference to maintaining my weight ( read STOP THIEF!!!) I am so energised these days.
