maintenance diary :)

Well done on doing so well. Maintenance is all about planning. Planning to be good and planning on slacking off for special occasions, hols etc, planning getting back on track etc.
Enjoy your holiday and address any gain when you get home.
 
hello :D i came back from holiday saturday morning and after having a great time put on 5lbs... and though i ate as healthy as i could those cocktails and fizzy pop (and a sneaky cake) didn't help but i enjoyed... after weighing today (haven't done a full week i know) and started back healthy eating monday i've already lost 4lbs phew, think cutting out the pop has played a major part as i hardley ever drink it.
Going to try my best to write on here every day and lose another 5lbs
yesterday i had
b-porridge
l- egg salad
d- chicken, veg, potatoes
snacks- yog/fruit, ww bar

today
b- porridge
l- egg salad
d- chicken stir fry with noodles and veg
snacks, ww yog/fruit and ww bar in the evening
