    Hi hun,
When you come to the end of you TFR process you will have a refeed week. This will consists of two shakes a day for the first day and then one a day after that. The pharmacist should give these to you. After that you will be on maintenance process. This is the rest of your life! This is you maintaining the weight that you have lost. You may choose to use maintenance products for this but your pharmacist is right- these do have to be ordered through lipotrim direct (see their website for more info) I haven't used any of their products as I find the, quite expensive for what they are- essentially meal replacement bars or snacks.
Technically the pharmacist doesn't have to weigh you any more after your refeed week. You won't be giving them any more money so they have no obligation to do it! As I said maintenance is for the rest of your life so you will need to get used to doing it on your own. TFR is the easy part trust me! We have a great little maintenance section on here where we can offer you support and help. There are a lot of people who have been maintaining for over a year so will have lots of helpful advice to give you.
Sorry if this isn't what you wanted to hear!

You have done brilliant getting into teeny weeny size 10's. I'm a size 16 and hope to be a size 10 when I finish. I'm on week 4 how long do you think i'll have to stay on lipotrim for?
Your right about the maintenance they do say dieting is the easy part. I actually feel in control of my weight for a change. I'm going to have to make a few serious changes when I come of this. Such as cutting out the take aways.........
