Marmite, bovril etc

This is sort of like the savoury drinks thread, but i was wondering if marmite or bovril were allowed to jazz up hot water? It doesnt say on my marmite label what the salt content is, and also, i wouldnt know if the amount stated was high or not anyway, even if it did state it! Bit confusing, i know, but anyone able to answer?

There's a lot of salt in marmite so it probably isn't allowed. Nutritional information here:

Thanks guys -actually, just made a cup with marmite -YUCK! So, nevermind about the question, not gona be havin it anyway!!!

TBH, the general rule of thumb is that if it doesn't say you can have it in the yellow book, you can't have it on SS.
