Hi everybody this is my first food diary! It is my 3rd day and I need to get used to the foods I should eat and the foods I should not! So here is my first entry and I went over by 1 point! At least we get weekly points too!

Breakfast

1 slice toast with teaspoon of butter =1

Lunch

Pasta=10
pasta sauce =2
BBQ chicken mini fillets breaded =10

Dinner

2 slices of bread=4
wafer thin chicken=1
Cucumber=0
Lettuce=0
onion =0
Black pepper =0

Snacks

Cookie=9
Nectarine=0

Great met up with my boyfriend and ended getting a takeaway :( I feel so bad now :(
